APMHA Refund Policy

September	90% refund based on ice contract	Requested prior to September 15^th
October	75% refund based on ice contract	Requested September 16^th – October 31^st
November	60% refund based on ice contract	Requested November 1^st – 30^th
December	50% refund based on ice contract	Requested December 1^st – 31^st

Refunds shall be issued as a percentage of the registration fee, less the cost of HEO insurance and raffle tickets (where applicable).
All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A valid reason for the request must be provided.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the President of the Association for approval.
In cases where a family has registered three (3) or more children, refunds shall be calculated based on the lowest applicable registration fee.

Registration fees:
Hockey Canada and HEO fees are embedded in all APMHA registration fees. These fees (which may vary from year to year) are non-refundable. If a request for a refund is made, the refund will be processed according to the AMPHA refund policy stated above, less the current Hockey Canada and HEO fees.
